Visiting or Contacting the surgery

If your situation is life threatening call 999.

During the hours when the Surgery is closed, please ring NHS111 Tel: 111 (Out of Hours Services), who will advise as appropriate.

If you need medical help fast but it isn’t a 999 emergency, you can now call NHS 111. You will be assessed, provided with advice and directed straight away to the local service that can help you best. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and calls are FREE , including from mobiles. Visit the NHS 111 website.

Please Note:

Practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments between 6.30pm – 8pm during the week and also over the weekend, If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours. 

Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.

You can also attend the local Urgent Care Centre, which is situated in Sandwell General Hospital, Lyndon, West Bromwich, B71 4HJ

The surgery has 3 accessible parking spaces in the car park. There is a ramp and automatic doors into the practice and induction loops at reception. Within the building we have a lift and accessible bathrooms with changing facilities.
